Artichoke Dip
Boyfriend and I went out to a local restaurant and loved there dip with warm butter bread. Here is my take on it.
1 (6.5 ounce) jar unmarinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
Sliced Ciabatta bread; buttered and toasted,

1 (6.5 ounce) jar unmarinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a bowl, mix chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, 1 cup of the Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and green chile peppers
- Place mixture into a greased pie pan and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
- Bake for 20 mins until hot and bubbly.
Enjoy this dish with Ciabatte bread and/or fresh veggies!
